Our nylon weighted blanket are made of two sided nylon. The inner weighted pouch is filled with oat grains to give the proprioceptive feedback that you need since the weight is evenly distributed. The cover is machine washable once the weighted pouch is removed. it is important to choose the size that is closest to your height without exceeding 10% of your body weight.
Please note that weighted blankets should never be used by anyone presenting with the following conditions: cardiac or respiratory problems, epilepsie, hypotonia or skin disorders.
